Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research (SICSR) is 37 plus year old institution and our alumni are now at senior positions in the IT industry. We believe that communication should be maintained with students even after they complete their graduation and/or post-graduation, in order to keep them abreast of the progress of the institute.

We have 20000 plus alumni and our objective is to connect regularly with all of them.

We conduct regular alumni meets to establish relationships with them.

We have an alumni mentor group through which alumni help our students with their knowledge to grow as per the industry’s requirements.

We regularly conduct alumni interaction sessions for our current batch students in order to understand the requirements of the industry.

Our alumni also help us in curriculum development with respect to the latest trends in the industry.

With the help of our alumni, we conduct regular sessions on technology, current trends and soft skills. This engagement takes place in the form of web or video conferencing, or in the form of in-person mentoring.

Our mission is to inculcate the spirit of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ (the world is one family). We believe that our students and our alumni are part of our family.
